  1. i really love how these all seem like different people with their own personalities and what not. the line quality and gestural feel of the drawings is nice as well. All i can say is it'd be cool to see some stuff with more action.

  2. Great job on the facial expressions for this series! Your line quality feels confident and I really like the simplification. My favorite sketch has to be the woman with the book on the last page. Its a great pose! I think you have a great understanding of form and volumes and I think you should try to keep more of that expressive line quality in your underdrawings without overworking them. For example I think the man playing chess was a little overworked in the underdrawing. Stay confident with your lines and I think you could simplify the underdrawings even more! Overall, great batch!

  3. I love how alive your drawings are and you just can feel the movement in the sketches. Your lines are very fluid and carry emotions. These are great!! I am looking forward to seeing more sketches from your next week.

  4. Gosh Anna stop being good! It's so hard to critique you because you nail everything down so well. I guess attempt you could just attempt to add some rendering/shadows to pop these out some more. Otherwise I totally envy you.

  5. I really relate to that first guy. I'm so tired. Everybody is looking great and very believable. The line quality is also very attractive. Keep on sketching! Winter break is almost upon us! Rawr!

  6. Your sketches look great! I love your black ink and red pencil combo, and just like in previous weeks I enjoy your character interactions. They keep getting better and better, and look more natural. Keep up the great work and I can't wait to see more of your sketches.
